I'm not annoying.Think I've got a higher level of life satisfaction than a lot of my friends. There are four things that I can put my finger on that I think I do a little differently than them (and a lot of people). Hope they bring you some joy! 我無(wú)意嘩眾取寵，但我真心覺(jué)得自己的生活滿意度比周圍許多朋友都要高。我確定在4件事情上的做法與他們不同，并希望這些不同的做法也能給你帶來(lái)快樂(lè)！
1. I'm constantly and conscientiously focusing on being grateful for all the amazing and miraculous shit in my life. 我總是對(duì)生活中發(fā)生的一切美好神奇的事情心存感激。
My wife is a good human, I work with good people, I'm not sick right now, etc... Looking at the basic, mundane stuff around me and appreciating it really helps me feel like I'm a lucky person. 我的太太很善良，我的同事都是好人，目前我也沒(méi)有疾病纏身?？次抑車@些稀松平常的事情，讓我內(nèi)心感動(dòng)、覺(jué)得自己非常幸運(yùn)。
2. I'm always trying to find compassion for people - *especially* those that are pissing me off in one way or another. 我會(huì)找到他人身上的可憐之處，尤其是那些惹怒我的人。
If you don't have compassion, you stop trying to find the truth behind people's actions and usually just chalk up their negative ones to that person being an asshole. 如果你沒(méi)有惻隱之心，你就會(huì)停止深究人們行為背后的含義，只記下可惡之人的討厭之處。
3. Tell people you love them, be generous with your friends. 時(shí)常表達(dá)愛(ài)意，慷慨待友人。
I don't think people realize until they've lost something or made a truly irrevocable mistake just how much loss hurts, and how much they'd give to just express their love for whatever it was that is now gone. 我覺(jué)得人們往往只有在失去了某樣?xùn)|西之后，或犯了不可挽回的錯(cuò)誤之后，才會(huì)體會(huì)到失去的痛苦，才會(huì)意識(shí)到自己多么想對(duì)那些已逝之人表達(dá)愛(ài)意。
4. Always ask yourself if you could be wrong, and really be open to it. 絕不要忘了問(wèn)自己有沒(méi)有做錯(cuò)，并用開(kāi)放的心胸接納真相。
Give yourself a break, and don't hold yourself to unreasonable standards on this count: as long as you're looking around your world with an open heart and an open mind, the pure intentions behind anything you're wrong about will shine through. 給自己一個(gè)喘息，不要以不近人情的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)苛責(zé)自己，盡可能地多看看這個(gè)世界，敞開(kāi)心扉，解放思想，不去想自己對(duì)錯(cuò)與否，以初心照亮身心。
